Founded in 2014 and based in Toronto, the company started in East York to invest and manage multiple addition projects and gradually grow into a full-service construction company. 

We have a strong management team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Interior Designers, and Project Coordinator who work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within client budget.

张行 XING ZHANG – FOUNDER

Holding a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Waterloo, Xing has almost 20 years experience in engineering and construction project management, mainly in the residential and ICI industries gained from early co-op placements and professional positions in several design build contractors and global engineering consulting construction companies (EPCM).

Upon receiving the Professional Engineer Licence (P.Eng) in 2014, Xing realized his strong passion and interest in real estate investment & construction management and founded his own company to start his first design build project in East York and has now completed more than 30 projects in East York, North York, Toronto west, downtown Toronto and Richmond Hill.

SITE MANAGEMENT TEAM 工地管理团队

Our construction site management team oversees day to day site operations, such as subcontractors scope of work on site, material delivery to site, designer/engineer site visits, city inspections on site, job site safety, resolve any unpredictable issues that arise on-site, and most importantly communicating with project management team to ensure projects are moving forward on time and meeting deadlines.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN TEAM 建筑设计团队 

As an important and first part of Design Build service, we bring in experienced architects and designers who are very knowledgeable in Ontario Building Codes, and specialized in creating custom designs that bring your vision to life whether it is a new home, additions or extensions, multi-unit rental properties or major renovation.  

Our project managers are also involved in this stage to provide inputs from construction perspectives to avoid unnecessary costs and delays and ensure that the project can progress efficiently.

INTERIOR DESIGN TEAM 室内设计团队 

Interior design in a custom home is important because it can improve the home’s value, functionality, and the homeowner’s well-being.  

It is also crucial for construction management because it will provide clear objectives for subcontractor scope of work in details and also help project and site managers ensure the correct design is being implemented properly.
